The Platform aggregates publicly available venue information and hosts user-generated discussions and reviews.
The presence of any venue or business on this platform does not constitute an endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or verification of any claims made by users. Listings are provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as a recommendation, guarantee, or validation of the quality, legality, safety, or availability of any venue, service, or experience.
The Platform does not organise, broker, arrange, facilitate, or intermediate any transaction, booking, or interaction between users and third-party venues or individuals.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately. The Platform is intended for users aged 20 and over. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Certain features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Editorial content is prepared by the Platform team and clearly distinguished where feasible. User-generated content reflects the views of its authors and does not represent the views or positions of the Platform.
We do not systematically verify the accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated content. Users should exercise their own judgement when relying on any information found on the Platform.
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt your content in connection with the operation of the Platform. You retain ownership of your content. This licence ends when you delete your content from the Platform, except where it has been shared by others or is retained for legal or safety purposes.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, edit, limit, refuse, remove, or disable access to any content at our discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or community safety considerations.
We may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate user accounts that repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms. Repeat offenders may be permanently banned without prior notice. We aim to apply moderation decisions consistently and proportionately.
If you believe content on the Platform violates these Terms, applicable law, or your rights, you may submit a report via the contact channels listed in Section 6. We will review reports in a timely manner and take appropriate action where warranted.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, legality, or current availability of any information, venue listing, or user-generated content on the Platform.
Information about venues (opening hours, prices, services, locations) may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate. Users are encouraged to verify details independently before making decisions based on Platform content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to damages arising from reliance on content, interactions with third parties, or loss of data.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall be limited to the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be submitted to the competent courts of Thailand.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
These guidelines exist to keep the Platform a useful, respectful, and safe space for everyone. They are a human-readable companion to the Terms of Service above.

The Platform will cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities, including law enforcement, judicial, and regulatory bodies. We may disclose user data or content where required by law or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of any person or to prevent illegal activity.
