They're selling it as a luxury / vip cocktails with young ladies but it's not. The women aren’t even that youngs or attractive, and if you want anything more, you’re looking at 800 for the room and 3000 extra for the fun. However, if you’re only there to have drinks and enjoy time with the girls, you can pretty much do whatever you want, as long as it doesn’t involve sex in public.
